『心偈』67

「花　見事ニ咲キヌ　誇リモセデ

　ヤガテ　ウツロヒヌ　ツブヤキモセデ」

Flowers bloom brightly without pride.

Soon after they have withered  as they are not mattering.

When I was sick, many people sent me flowers.

My eyes were comforted the beauty of flowers and

the truth dwells in flowers taught me more and more.

However beautiful Flowers without pride aren't mattering,

soon after they have withered.
